Concept & Planning
The Blueprint for Sound. Every project begins with a conversation. We work collaboratively with you and our network of designers to translate a creative vision into a buildable reality. We do not just look at the aesthetics; we assess the physics. From initial site visits to check structural load and noise floors, to generating detailed CAD drawings, we define the roadmap. Procurement & Demolition
Setting the Stage. Before we build, we clear the path. This phase focuses on the logistics required to execute complex acoustic projects. We handle the sourcing of specialized materials - from high-density acoustic insulation to specific timber species - often procuring long-lead items early to mitigate delays. On-site, we manage controlled demolition and structural preparation, ensuring the canvas is clean and ready for precision work.

Structural Build
The Heavy Lifting. This is the core of our construction phase, where we shape the volume of the space. We build the invisible layers that define sonic performance. This involves constructing room-in-room systems, installing decoupled framing, and layering heavy-mass drywall to stop vibration transfer. We create new rooms within old shells, focusing on airtight seals and mechanical decoupling that standard contractors often overlook.

Technical Installation
The Nervous System. A modern studio or club is a machine. We work alongside acoustic experts and audio engineers to integrate the technical hardware seamlessly into the build. This includes the fabrication of custom speaker cabinets, the routing of complex cabling infrastructure, and the installation of technical acoustic treatments. We bridge the gap between the builder and the audio technician.

Interiors & Fit-Out
Form Meets Frequency. The final visual layer. We believe acoustic treatment should not look like a science experiment; it should look like design. We fabricate and install custom joinery, bespoke furniture, and architectural lighting that complements the sonic goals. From slat-walls that diffuse sound to absorptive fabric panels that soften it, we ensure the finish is as precise as the structure.

Aftercare
Living with the Room. A venue or studio is a living environment. Our relationship does not end at handover. We offer ongoing support to maintain the hardware, upgrade furniture, or retrofit elements as your needs change. We assist with the care of natural materials (wood, fabric) and offer advice on acoustic tweaks as you settle into the space.
